Boiler Service and Safety Check with a Gas safety Certificate included for landlords. Additional appliances such as cookers and fires will be an additional £42 each. We may advise a Major Service depending on the condition of the appliance

Full strip down and clean of the burner and heat exchanger on a Domestic boiler. This will include a new burner and combustion seal, electrodes if required and a Gas safety certificate. Please send us the details of your boiler for an estimated cost. Most boiler manufacturers recommend a major service every 4-6 years depending on the individual boiler construction.

Fault finding and diagnostics during normal business hours - The fault will be identified and a repair discussed with the property owner during the visit. Simple repairs requiring no parts will be included with the callout fee. 

1 day of labour to power-flush a domestic radiator system of up to 10 radiators, and refill with a corrosion inhibitor chemical - Typically Fernox unless your boiler manufacturer specifies another chemical. The installation of a system filter may be recommended if you do not already have one. This process is for cleaning older or heavily soiled/sludged systems. Less aggressive cleaning methods are available for extremely old system and systems containing small bore and/or plastic pipe & fittings
